The menu at Levant Mediterranean Cuisine showcases a ferocious commitment to quality and the restless inventiveness of its owner, Omar Kweider. Some of their signature entrees include Grilled Rosemary Rack of Lamb with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Port Wine Reduction. A Mixed Kabob consisting of Lamb, Beef, Chicken, and Kafta accompanied by a choice of two traditional Mediterranean side items.
